The Village concept is and has been, from the start, an easy formula and a successful business plan.  Simply stated, it is our intent as Realtors® to be good neighbors.  We will be deeply involved in the community in which we live, work, worship, and play.  The communities are areas with no specific geographical boundaries and we refer to them as “Villages”.  The first “Village” was St. Simons Island a three-person operation.

 It was recognized that the Village concept has great merit and needs to be expanded.  The expansion has been accomplished with a great deal of care to ensure the integrity of the original concept and create a better-finished product.

 Since the two major ingredients of the plan are people and territories the search for high quality top producers in various areas of Glynn, McIntosh, and Camden Counties began.  A vigorous recruiting effort paid off with professional brokers and agents coming into the system.  They began to develop their areas of influence, offices came on line, and new “Villages” were established.  We are more than real estate, we are professional Realtors® and the name VILLAGE, REALTORS®, INC. is respected in all the communities we serve.

 We are still in the growth mode looking for the high quality professionals that fit the mold.  The type of person who volunteer, participate and get involved in their schools, church and community.  Look at the “Villages” we have now and ask us about the areas we will be in soon.
